If you would like to book space, please sign up for an account and accept our terms & conditions. Book directly at our website at www.chaintheatre.org. All appointments must be booked in advance. COVID GUIDELINES

Guidelines for Studio Rentals

Hours and Operation

  • Current Rehearsal Hours: Monday-Sunday 10am-10pm.

  • Payment must be made in advance by credit card, booked online through our website. No walk ins.

Our Safety Protocols

  • Hand sanitizers are provided at your convenience in each room and common areas throughout the space. 

  • In order to limit the amount of contact we are asking renters to limit their entry to no more than 10 minutes before their rental time. No lingering for longer than 10 minutes in the hallways, lobby, or common areas. 

  • If you are feeling sick or feverish we ask that you stay home. 

  • If specific equipment is needed for your rental, all equipment must be approved prior to your arrival. Chain has the right to deny any equipment from being brought in or used on the premises. There will be no refund for neglect of this guideline. 

  • These guidelines are in addition to our regular space rental guidelines and the posted COVID-19 prevention regulations, including limits on occupancy in elevators, restrooms, and common areas.
