How to reserve a room

  1. Pick a Rehearsal Rental Room (A, B, or C) or Class Rental Room (A, B, or C) and click “Book”

  2. Select a day and hour slot. Follow the prompts to continue with 1 hour or add additional hours.

    • Rooms are booked in one hour increments only.

  3. Fill in your contact information and payment information.

How far in advance can I book a room?

Rentals are available a month in advance so we can be open to our larger bulk rentals. If you are looking to book further in the future email: rentals@chaintheatre.org

Do I have to make a reservation?

Appointments must be booked in advance. You can book up to 12 hrs in advance. 

We may be able to accommodate closer bookings.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Less than 72 hours from your booked time: NOT refundable

  • More than 72 hours from your booked time: refundable
